– Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM, excluding holidays).
– Standard processing time is 1-3 business days after order placement. Orders placed after 3 PM on Saturday or over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days.
Please note, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed as they can be affected by factors outside our control, such as shipping delays or holidays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping option, the size/weight of the package, and the delivery location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your order status. Shipping details can take up to 24-48 hours to update.
You can check the status of your order at any time by using the tracking link provided in your shipping notification.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ayur67 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered. Please reach out to the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided to inquire further if package delivery shows completed and you cannot locate the item.

6. Shipping Restrictions
– We do not ship to locations where our logistics partner do not provide service. You can check the serviceable pincodes on product page.
7. Failed Delivery or Wrong Address
If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping or package return.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your purchase.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing photos of the damaged item and packaging to [email protected]. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.
9. Delayed Shipments
While we aim to fulfil orders promptly, unexpected delays may occur due to shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not take responsibility for delays once orders are in the hands of the shipping carrier, but we will offer assistance in tracking delayed shipments.
